Romanian Supplier is a B2B marketplace platform that connects Romanian suppliers, manufacturers, and businesses with buyers seeking products and services. Our platform provides:

• A searchable directory of Romanian companies, products, and brands
• Tools for businesses to showcase their products and services
• Communication channels between buyers and suppliers
• Subscription-based premium features for enhanced visibility

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

Account Types:

• Buyer Accounts: For companies and individuals seeking suppliers and products
• Company Owner Accounts: For Romanian businesses listing their products and services

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Free and Paid Plans:

We offer both free and paid subscription plans with varying features and limitations. All fees are stated in our Pricing page and are subject to change with notice.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice

Your Responsibilities:

• You retain ownership of any content you submit to our platform
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of product listings and company information

Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Scrape or extract data using automated means without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

The platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Romanian Supplier and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. You may not use our logo or branding without explicit permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At your request for account deletion
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that:

• The platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of products, services, information, or content will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the platform will be corrected

Romanian Supplier is a marketplace platform. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, do not guarantee the quality of products or services, and are not party to transactions between buyers and suppliers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Romanian Supplier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes damages for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruption or data loss
• Cost of substitute goods or services
• Any transactions or interactions between users

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
