Premium natural plum jam made from 100% ripe plums, slow-cooked with steam in a traditional cauldron. No added sugar, no additives, no preservatives, and no colorants. The only plum jam in Romania with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status, approved for diabetics (with doctor's consent). Rich in fiber, antioxidants, and natural sugars. Perfect spread for bread, pancakes, or eaten directly from the jar. Nutritional values per 100g: Energy 1038 kj/244 kcal, Fat 0.5g, Carbohydrates 58g (of which sugars 30.3g), Protein 2g, Dietary fiber 6.3g, Salt 0g.
