Structured as a fixed monthly subscription of approximately €80 per enrolled employee, the plan operates under a 5-year agreement and functions as a direct-care model — meaning employees receive actual dental treatments, not reimbursements. There are no claims to process, no annual spending caps, and no hidden exclusions on major procedures. The clinical coverage is extensive and designed to address serious dental needs. Each named employee subscriber has access to up to 10 dental implants over the contract period, unlimited tooth extractions, ceramic crowns, provisional and fixed prosthetics — including All-on-4 and All-on-6 full-arch reconstructions — hygiene packages, and diagnostic imaging including OPG panoramic scans and CT-3D imaging. Treatments are performed by certified dental specialists at Corina Art Dent's fully equipped clinic in Constanța, Romania. Logistics are fully managed by the clinic. When employees travel to Romania for treatment, airport-to-hotel transfers, daily hotel-to-clinic transport, and accommodation in partner hotels are all arranged and included in the subscription — making the experience seamless for both the employee and the employer.
