Elis Pavaje SRL is Romania's leading manufacturer of vibropressed concrete products, founded in 1991 by Elisiu and Samza Gota. What began as a small family business with an artisanal paving stone machine producing just 6 square meters per day has grown into a major industrial powerhouse with over 850 employees operating five state-of-the-art production facilities across Romania.
Today, the company produces over 28,000 square meters of paving stones daily across its manufacturing plants located in Petresti (Alba), Stoenesti (Prahova), Vintu de Jos (Alba), Secuienii Noi (Neamt), and Arad. The newest facility in Arad, completed in 2022 after a 20 million euro investment, spans 110,000 square meters and has a production capacity of 7,000 square meters per day, making it the company's largest production unit.
Elis Pavaje maintains its position as market leader in the vibropressed concrete sector, holding over 25% market share in Romania. The company offers an extensive range of products including Premium and Premium Plus paving stones, standard paving stones and slabs, curbstones, garden products, decorative elements, and cubic stone with various finishes.
Under the leadership of Emil Gota (General Director) and Vasile Gota (Executive Director), who took over management in 2009, the company has consistently innovated and expanded its operations. The company's commitment to quality is reflected in its 5-year product warranty and numerous annual awards from the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.
Elis Pavaje serves both domestic and international markets, exporting to Belgium and other European countries. The company operates Romania's largest showroom for paving stones and vibropressed concrete products (approximately 3,000 square meters) at its Stoenesti headquarters. Beyond manufacturing, Elis Pavaje provides comprehensive infrastructure services, from excavation and drainage to asphalt paving, through its dedicated execution and installation department.
